There's this small restaurant that is quite authentically japanese off Orchard Road. It's a small place, where you sit on tatami mats on low tables, and the chef as well as the owner are japanese, and they show japanese tv shows on the tv sets and have a shelf of japanese comics you can read whilst you're eating. A very nice place. Right next to the cashier area there was a whole shelf full of small statues of random japanese-related pieces, and there was a whole bunch of cat statues. Since the light shining on the cats was pretty strong, I took this picture, and was quite happy it came out well, since I actually took the picture at night...
