Translated into Japanese by the wonderful Sena (pop-up)!
chiiyo's comments :
When I wrote this song in english, it was intended to be translated into japanese. Which is why I've now reworked the english version of Natsu no Sora (which is Summer Sky) so that Natsu no Sora and Summer Sky are now two different songs, and kept the original Summer Sky as the translation for Natsu no Sora. Because I wanted it to be in Japanese, I purposely wrote it with a lot of words that sound pretty in Japanese, like angel, wings, tears, hope, dream etc. Sena did a wonderful job of translating it, and it feels and sounds a lot better in japanese than in english. If possible, I should like to translate my own songs into Japanese, but I'm not good enough yet... *sigh* It's basically a love song, but it is also my first serious song lyric, so it does sound a bit cliche at times, I'd admit... *grin*
